Renaissance Dawn

The Renaissance Dawn guild was born through a longing for the roleplaying and companionship on the Everquest Firiona Vie server, which seemed to have disappeared in the dark ages of seasons, platinum and gear.

With a commitment to help each other throughout, our guild aims to grow together, and to provide a shining example for other good people in Norrath. A new dawn is breaking, and the light will guide those who wish to join the Renaissance in making our world a pleasure to be in.

Although we will not accept evil in our midst, we do have a wide variety of classes and races amongst us. Some of us decide to fight evil whenever they encounter it, some decide for a more subtle approach to teach the misguided and make them see the light.

All of us, however, are of the opinion that our bond and the enjoyment of exploring and adventuring together, outweigh any individual material profits or growth. We will grow together, surely, but not at the risk of losing ourselves and our principles. We need to provide the example, for others to follow.

There is no particular goal that needs to be achieved. We are here to enjoy ourselves. But for all to enjoy, we need to respect each other and cause no offense while in Norrath. Even our foes should be treated with respect, for if we do not, we are no better than them.

Let friendship and companionship return. Let us all accept the role we take in Norrath, and live by it. Let the Renaissance begin!
